2. Orders and Payments
- Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Accuracy of Information: While we endeavor to ensure all descriptions and imagery on our site are accurate, designs are subject to the availability of seasonal flowers and plants. Minor variations from product images may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic without prior notification if supply issues arise.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation for all products and services, unless otherwise agreed upon for specific corporate or event services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.

Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations for standard floral arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
- For event floristry, wedding decor, and large-scale installations, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- Workshop cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice for a reschedule or credit; refunds are not typically provided for workshops.
- No refunds are provided for floral subscription services once the first delivery has been made for the subscribed period.
3. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Delivery Attempts: If a recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or the sender. If a successful delivery cannot be made, the item may be returned to our studio, and a redelivery fee may apply. Perishable items may not be re-deliverable after a failed attempt.
- Self-Collection: For self-collection orders, items must be picked up during our stated operating hours. We are not responsible for items not collected within a reasonable timeframe, especially for perishable goods.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Anchor Orchid or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services or content without express written permission from us.

Anchor Orchid will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
